Reopening
Arrangement
The
following re-opening arrangements are published for the information of the
entire university community
Christmas Recess
Students
would break for the Christmas break on Saturday, 20th December, 2009
and resume on Friday, 29th January, 2010.
Registration
Registration
begins on Monday, 1st February, 2010 and ends on Friday 5th
February, 2010.
At the end
of the registration period any student who has not registered for the semester
and courses would be adjudged not to be in good standing therefore he/she would
be advised to withdraw from the College.
Note that
it is an offence for any person to participate in university activities
including attendance in lectures and the use of hostel facilities if the
individual has not registered for a semester.
Commencement of Lectures
Lectures
would begin on Monday, 1st February, 2010.
Fees and Special Levies
I.T.
infrastructure Development Fees:
Following
the interaction Management had with the student body at the last forum, the
following modification have been made regarding the I.T. infrastructure
Development Fees.

All
level 100 to 300 students would pay GH¢20.00 for the academic year.
·
Level
400 students have been excluded from payment.
Special S.R.C Levies
Each
student will pay GH¢20.00 for S.R.C Special levy. The amount would be collected
as a proposal to purchase SRC bus.
International Students
The
following charges have been made in the under listed fees of the international
students.

SRC
Dues $25
·
Residential
Fees for continuing students $300
