Provide the necessary information in the fields. Ensure that your details are correct

STEP 3
Click on the Submit Request button to fetch your results. Your Index Number would be black listed after three(3) unsuccessful attempts with a wrong Access Code.

Access Codes are Valid Until You Complete Your Programme of Study
